Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Ensure all packages are securely wrapped and labeled for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery and handheld scanning devices efficiently.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before processing.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
