Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from the warehouse floor based on digital pick tickets and package them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Scan products using handheld scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy and track stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damage, ensuring all items meet our quality standards before dispatch.
- Material Handling: Operate standard warehouse equipment (including pallet jacks and forklifts, if certified) to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Order Fulfillment: Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, pick tickets, and ensure order accuracy.
- Reliability: Punctual with a consistent work history and a strong work ethic.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for weighing packages and calculating totals.
- Computer Literacy: Ability to use basic handheld devices or computer terminals (training provided).
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals.
