Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns to ensure 99% order accuracy.
- Verify product counts, sizes, and quantities against customer orders before packaging and labeling.
- Prepare items for shipping by applying shipping labels, shrink-wrapping, and placing them into designated bins or onto pallets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping the floor, organizing storage areas, and removing debris.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or tuggers as required by the specific shift assignment.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the Shift Supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management software or scanning tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
