Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse workspace.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and labels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Load and unload trucks according to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld devices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
