Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to customer orders and pick tickets with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and RF scanners to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper stacking and securing of goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and improve overall productivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including overtime.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical labor in a warehouse setting.
