Responsibilities
- Retrieve, select, and pack merchandise according to pick lists and customer orders.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking item descriptions, quantities, and quality standards.
- Label, weigh, and prepare packages for shipping using appropriate materials and technology.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to ensure efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts (training provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours) in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
