Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Verify product quantities and conditions against packing slips to ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and weight verification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse machinery as required by certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld devices or scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
