Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and RF equipment to update inventory status in real-time.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with safety regulations.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move heavy stock efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and workflow targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs arise.
