Responsibilities
- Retrieve, pick, and verify merchandise from warehouse shelves and bins according to pick lists.
- Pack products securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to ensure safe delivery.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and staging materials for shipping.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to minimize returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or fulfillment center is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and ticket verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
