Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise using a handheld scanner or pick list to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts or pallet jacks) in accordance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve discrepancies in orders.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding quality control and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and computer literacy for operating handheld scanners.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the majority of the shift.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
