Responsibilities
- Utilize handheld scanners and RF guns to locate and pick merchandise from warehouse shelves efficiently.
- Package items securely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper inventory counts during inbound and outbound operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory verification and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to error-free picking.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as required.
