Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, bagged, and staged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety standards.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Handle inventory transfers and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
