Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality and accuracy standards.
- Scan barcodes and verify product details to ensure 99.9% accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly and orders are securely loaded onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and throughput goals.
- Perform light equipment operation (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required by training.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours) with lifting required.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
