Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify accuracy of orders against picking tickets and pack items securely for shipment.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (experience is a plus).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
