Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve merchandise from shelves and prepare orders for shipment using scanning equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory counts.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and hand trucks safely.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Shipping: Label packages correctly and load them onto outbound vehicles.
Qualifications
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, follow instructions, and maintain accuracy.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using basic technology and handheld scanners.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
