Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure they meet packaging standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers when trained.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
