Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare products for shipping using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads and logistics coordinators to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Sort and stage inventory according to warehouse organization systems.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a standing or walking environment for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- High school diploma or GED preferred; must be 18 years or older.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
