Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners and automated systems.
- Verify product accuracy against customer orders to ensure 100% order fulfillment.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure optimal product availability.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or high school diploma required; we provide full training.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours) in a warehouse setting.
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
