Responsibilities
- Locate and pick merchandise from shelves using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely and accurately for shipping to customers.
- Label, barcode, and prepare packages for delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Report damaged inventory or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Willingness to lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
