Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize inventory safely.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock levels are maintained accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to the quality control team.
- Keep workstations organized and clean to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work a variety of shifts.
