Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels using our WMS.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not always required for immediate hires.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order integrity.
- Valid ID: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
