Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment using scanning equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for reading pick lists and labels.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
