Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship products with 99% accuracy according to customer orders.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in various temperature conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
