Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and verify merchandise from shelves and bins according to customer orders.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, sealed, and ready for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report damaged goods.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during designated shift times.
- Update inventory systems and log orders accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, picking, or packing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
- Valid driver's license may be required for certain roles.
