Responsibilities
- Select and verify products using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in inventory counts and order fulfillment.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize picking routes and reduce turnaround times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new scanning technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- No experience required – we value attitude and reliability over past history.
