Job Summary:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for accurately selecting products, packing them securely for shipment, and ensuring the warehouse area remains organized and safe.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, or damages before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
