Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from shelves based on customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Packing & Labeling: Securely pack products into boxes, ensuring proper weight distribution and applying shipping labels.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse aisles for efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and verify that the correct products are being shipped.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in loading and unloading trucks and verifying incoming shipments.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using basic computer systems and handheld scanners.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Ability to read and understand written instructions and communicate with team members.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when counting and labeling products.
