Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise from shelves using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package items securely in boxes, ensuring proper labeling and weight distribution.
- Verify order accuracy against pick lists to minimize errors.
- Sort and organize incoming stock and finished goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse or logistics experience is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for weighing and labeling packages.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
