Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and organized manner.
- Organize stock and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
