Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items accurately according to customer orders and picking tickets.
- Verify product descriptions and quantities to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Label, wrap, and package items securely for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report any damaged goods or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Full training provided for all candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow picking tickets.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
