Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify products against customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems to maintain inventory data.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used efficiently and that products are securely prepared for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
