Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and conditions before packaging to minimize returns.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
