Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Organize warehouse aisles and ensure the facility remains clean and safe.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Assist in receiving shipments and verifying contents against packing slips.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs frequently, and push/pull heavy loads.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for order accuracy.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification if not already held.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
