Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to verify item codes and quantities.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging is secure and meets quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
