Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to locate inventory.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and packaging items securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by team leads.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
