Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack items from inventory shelves based on digital pick tickets.
- Quality Control: Verify product details, ensuring the correct items and quantities are prepared for shipment.
- Labeling & Packaging: Apply appropriate shipping labels, packaging materials, and protective wrapping to prevent damage.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners and standard warehouse equipment.
- Reporting: Assist in identifying and reporting any discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and speed in a high-volume environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking experience is a plus but not required.
- Technological Literacy: Basic comfort with using handheld scanners or computer terminals.
