Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and ensure accurate selection based on customer orders.
- Packing: Pack items securely using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of picked and packed inventory and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
