As a critical member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for selecting merchandise, packing orders, and ensuring they are ready for shipment. We offer the unique benefit of Daily Pay, allowing you to access your earnings on the same day you work.

Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves based on pick tickets and digital orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, bubble wrap, tape) to prevent damage.
- Operate handheld barcode scanners and computers to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure all customer requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas and targets.
- Load and unload pallets and bulk orders onto delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience is required; we value a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the duration of the shift (8+ hours).
- Basic math skills for handling inventory counts and package weights.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
