Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse procedures
- Operate hand scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and storage areas
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and equipment handling guidelines
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation to San Jose worksite
