This is an immediate hire opportunity with no prior experience required, perfect for those looking to start a career in the warehousing and distribution industry. While we are primarily based in Los Angeles, CA, we also have expansion opportunities available in Virginia for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently retrieve items from storage racks based on pick lists and accurately pack them for shipment.
- Labeling: Apply shipping labels and barcodes to packages to ensure proper tracking and delivery.
- Inventory Control: Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided upon hire).
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging materials are of high quality.
Qualifications
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills for understanding pick lists and safety protocols.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for this entry-level position.
