Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently
- Scan and label products for shipping and receiving
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
