Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items accurately from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Verify item counts, sizes, and quality before packing.
- Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Scan barcodes and update inventory systems using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we train all candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate order picking.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
