As a Picker Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Scan barcodes and labels to ensure accuracy and inventory tracking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to read labels and pick tickets.
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
