Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack customer orders from the warehouse shelves according to pick lists.
- Order Verification: Double-check quantities and ensure all items are correctly packaged and labeled.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and identifying stock discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand work orders and safety instructions.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
