Your Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and ensure they are staged for delivery.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read instructions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
