Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists and inventory data.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management systems to ensure order accuracy.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training for all new hires.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
