Responsibilities
- Scan barcodes and accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners.
- Package and label products securely to ensure safe delivery.
- Verify order accuracy and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn barcode scanning software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Physical stamina to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
