Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Retrieve products from shelves and pack them securely according to customer orders and safety standards.
- Inventory Accuracy: Verify item codes and quantities using scanning equipment to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Organization: Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area to maximize efficiency and prevent accidents.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Computer Literacy: Basic comfort with using handheld scanners or computers for data entry.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
