Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Ensure all orders are accurate, sealed, and labeled correctly for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks as required by management.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to operate machinery.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a reliable form of transportation.
- Communication: Basic English skills to understand instructions and safety warnings.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Teamwork: Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
