Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders according to customer specifications and shipping labels.
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Label, wrap, and secure packages for safe transport to shipping docks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills for verifying quantities and pricing.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods (8+ hours).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus but not required.
